Special Magistrate
South Tucson City Court is accepting applications for the position of Special Magistrate. The Special Magistrate is appointed for the purpose of hearing a particular case, or as a substitute for the City Magistrate in their absence.
Applicants shall be at least 30 years of age, of good moral character, admitted to the practice of law in, and be a resident of, the State of Arizona for five (5) years preceding their taking of office as required by Article 6, Section 31 of the Arizona Constitution.
Interested applicants may submit a current resume, and at least three (3) references who are familiar with the applicant's legal/judicial abilities and ethics, to the South Tucson City Magistrate at 1601 S 6th Ave, Tucson, AZ 85713
