The South Tucson Housing Authority operates two housing programs:

Low Rent (Conventional) (Public Housing) Program: there are 172 apartments which include studios to 4-four bedrooms

Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8): there are 132 Vouchers

All housing is within the City of South Tucson's 1.2 sq mile jurisdiction.
