What if I cannot pay my fine in full on the day of sentencing?

The court by law (ARS 12-116) must add an additional charge of $20.00 to any fine not paid in full on the day it is imposed. The Court can set up a reasonable payment schedule, with payments being due monthly until the balance is paid in full.  If you elect to have the Court set a payment schedule in lieu of paying your fine and fees in full, please be advised that if any payment is not received on or before the due date, your license will be suspended; additional fees will be added to your balance; a Warrant may be issued for your arrest; and your case will be sent to a collection agency without any further notice from the Court.
