Special Magistrate

South Tucson City Court is accepting applications for the position of Special Magistrate.  The Special Magistrate is appointed for the purpose of hearing a particular case, or as a substitute for the City Magistrate in their absence.

Applicants shall be at least 30 years of age, of good moral character, admitted to the practice of law in, and be a resident of, the State of Arizona for five (5) years preceding their taking of office as required by Article 6, Section 31 of the Arizona Constitution.

Can I file a Small Claim case at South Tucson City Court

No. South Tucson City Court does not process Small Claims.  You may obtain Small Claims forms in person at Pima County Justice Court or online at www.jp.pima.gov
